I grew up in Conway, AR and made all my jewelry purchases at Fletcher Smith’s Jewelers. Three generations of the Fletcher Smith family ran the store for 99 years, until they closed in January, 2018. Since then, I have shopped Conway, Little Rock, North Little Rock, on vacation, and online when I wanted to purchase jewelry as a gift or for myself. The experiences were disappointing….until today! Only now, after seven and a half years, do I feel like I have found a comfortable, and yet exciting, place to shop for jewelry. Carmen, at Robert Irwin Jewelers, listened to my request, then carefully selected options for me to consider. She gave me both professional and personal opinions. She listened to all my questions and concerns as if they were really important! I can hardly wait to give my daughter her birthday present next month. When I walked into the Robert Irwin Jewelers, I immediately noticed how appealing the “vibe” was! The decor was inviting, the personnel friendly and the inventory was attractive and eclectic! Went in to get a watch battery replaced and the store manager, Ms. Nikki, did a great job on a small purchase like that. They fixed the watch quickly and reset it to the correct time and gave me 2 boxes of chocolates for the kids. Highly recommend this jeweler and the staff!

Absolutely love this place!!! I’m a returning client and I just had them re-tip with claw prongs and solder them together then dipped again to make it look brand new. It looks literally brand new! I will be coming back of course! I’ve recommended so many of my friends here and will continue to do so!

Every visit to Robert Irwin jewelers is always a pleasure! My sweet husband got me a beautiful bracelet for Valentine’s Day there this year. We’ve gotten many items before. The staff is always friendly and eager to please. Rita helped us find just the bracelet that I wanted!! I would highly recommend giving them a visit.

We went in to get earrings for our daughter. Jack was very nice and helpful. He went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted and they had very reasonable prices for the quality. Highly recommended!

We came in on the hunt for a replacement pair of hoops for my daughter after countless failed attempts at other shops. They immediately got to the books and measured her single hoop to find a modern replica. They came in less than a week later and they are perfect!!! Probably better quality than the original ones she raided from my jewelry box. We will be back, great experience!

This is the best jewelry store I’ve ever been ! They sized my ring right away and I didn’t have to come back to get it. Rita is such a sweet lady ! Im definitely coming back for more !
